Location Irving, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

  • $19–20 / hour
  • Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Estimated Start Date : 10 / 13 / 2025

ROLE IMPACT : Join a high-volume operations team focused on property loan servicing. This role ensures data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction by leveraging research, analysis, and workflow tools. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional client service while managing process queues in a high-volume environment
  • Research, validate, and complete missing data points across multiple systems
  • Prioritize and execute work efficiently to meet or exceed deadlines and service levels
  • Adhere to defined business procedures, standards, and SLAs across various workflow types
  • Use internal tools and public databases to analyze and manipulate data for accurate reporting and documentation

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year experience in data analysis, loan servicing, or production operations
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with business workflow systems and data tools

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Web-based research tools
  • Workflow and form-processing software
  • Internal databases and inventory systems

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in mortgage or property loan operations
  • Background in financial services or compliance-based environments
  • Proficiency with high-volume ticketing or queue management systems
