About the Position

The Generator Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel-powered generators and associated systems.  This hands - on role requires strong diagnostic abilities, and manufacturer-specific training. This position will involve a mix of routine preventative maintenance, emergency response work, and field-based service calls. The ideal candidate thrives working independently, delivers a high standard of customer service, and ensures that all work meets industry safety and quality standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Holds EGSA Certification is preferred but not required.
• Has proven experience in diesel engine maintenance and generator servicing.
• Possesses manufacturer-specific training (e.g., Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, Generac).
• Demonstrates strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Works independently in varied field conditions.
• Maintains accurate records and follows safety protocols.
• Communicates clearly with internal teams and customers.
• Is adaptable and reliable under pressure.
