Key Responsibilities
Oversee grants management processes, ensuring compliance and timely disbursement of funds
Manage finance and budgeting processes, aligning financial plans with organizational goals
Lead operations, IT, and human resources, fostering a values-driven organizational culture
Required Qualifications
At least ten years of experience in operations and grants management, preferably in small foundations
Five years of experience in team management
Strong knowledge of international philanthropy, especially in the Caribbean and Americas
Experience with budgeting, financial performance, and compliance regulations
Fluency in English and Spanish; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
