Key Responsibilities
Architect and execute scalable, automated outbound workflows powered by modern tools
Design and launch signal-based campaigns to enhance prospect engagement and pipeline creation
Build and refine lead scoring models and routing rules to optimize follow-up and conversion
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in GTM operations, sales engineering, or growth-focused RevOps roles
Proven experience in building automated outbound campaigns with relevant tools
Strong systems thinker with the ability to design and optimize scalable workflows
Experience with lead scoring, routing, and pipeline attribution
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
