Are you ready to take your leadership and sales expertise to the next level? WoodmenLife is looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team of independent contracted representatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.

What You'll Do

• Set and achieve annual recruiting goals for your territory, while inspiring your team to excel.
• Build meaningful relationships with representatives to foster their professional growth through coaching, training, and joint sales activities.
• Recruit top talent by presenting WoodmenLife's career opportunities and supporting a pipeline of potential recruits.
• Oversee representative performance by providing motivation, supervision, and continuous feedback.
• Act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional / Home Office to resolve challenges and drive operational success.
• Be an ambassador for WoodmenLife, engaging in community and fraternal activities to promote our mission and values.
