ABR is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Production Workers for a manufacturing company in Mosinee. OUR CLIENT IS GROWING AND THEY HAVE A NEW LINE!  Come join be part of an exciting new chapter! We’re looking for motivated team members with past assembly or similar experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $18 or $19 per hour, plus up to THREE potential increases in the first year based on performance.

1st Shift : 5 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m., M-TH, with occasional OT on Friday 5 : 00 a.m. – 1 : 00 p.m.

2nd Shift : 3 : 15 p.m. - 1 : 15 a.m., M-TH; occasional OT Fridays 1 : 00 p.m. – 9 : 00 p.m.

Position Summary

As a Production Assembler, you’ll be part of a collaborative manufacturing team building high-quality windows to customer specifications. You’ll work with hand and power tools, follow detailed blueprints, and contribute to meeting production goals while maintaining our commitment to quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment — no two days are exactly the same.
