Tioga County and Surrounding Areas

UPMC Home Health hires caring, skilled, compassionate registered nurses to join our At Home nursing team! You'll work in a home setting with a diverse patient population throughout these surrounding communities. Working outside of a medical facility, you'll have an opportunity to get to know patients as you guide their care in the comfort of their homes.

Monday - Friday, daylight shifts : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm. Rotation of on-call and rotation of weekend

As an RN with UPMC Home Health, you'll collaborate with our team of specialized nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, dieticians, aides, and trained administrative staff to provide personalized patient care in a home setting.
