Position Summary : Responsible for demonstrating operator efficiency, safety and quality by thorough understanding of all Coater stations by following the e mulsion & silicone coating processes and standards.

Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand and perform the duties of all workstations on the machine. Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory control software.
