Nurse Practitioner (Hiring Immediately)

Job Summary

We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.

Position Highlights

MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM schedule

No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage

Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting

Procedure-based practice minimal administrative burden

Key Responsibilities

Perform and manage wound care procedures : suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D)

Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes

Average 1520 patient encounters daily

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)

National certification and DEA license required

Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills

Experience in urgent care,wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary : $115,000$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential
