Medical Customer Service Representative

Addison Group is hiring for a fast-paced healthcare call center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a contract-to-hire role. We're seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, call center experience, and familiarity with healthcare processes and terminology who are seeking a long-term opportunity.

Location : San Antonio, TX Onsite (Fully Remote after training)

Assignment Type : Contract-to-hire

Compensation : $17.00 $19.00 / Hourly

Work Schedule : 4-10 hour shifts, Thursday-Sunday : 7AM-6PM CST OR Friday-Monday : 7AM-6PM CST

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to patient scheduling and healthcare inquiries.
  • Deliver clear, compassionate communication to patients and caregivers.
  • Accurately document call details and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality.

Qualifications :

  • 25 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable discussing healthcare-related topics with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Additional Details :

  • Start Dates : 11 / 3 or 11 / 10
  • Remote capability : work from home after 4 weeks of training
  • Training : 4 weeks. The schedule is MondayFriday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Work Schedule After Training : 4-10 hour shifts, Thursday-Sunday : 7AM-6PM CST OR Friday-Monday : 7AM-6PM CST
  • Overtime Policy : May require up to 2 hours of weekly overtime + voluntary opportunities
