Security Officer Commercial Real Estate Patrol

As a Security Officer Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for tenants and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Document and communicate any incidents or irregularities according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support a secure environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
