job_description.job_card.job_description3+ years of recent experience in an upscale full-service hotel or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations with annual sales volumes over $10MM Significant experience successfully developing, implementing, and executing extensive and varied menus of all worldly cuisines for on and offsite catering events of all sizes Experience leading a culinary team Ability to and desire to work a flexible schedule including days / nights / weekends and holidays Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
