Description of the role :
The BDC Representative at Webb Ford in Highland, IN will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales department.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers
- Maintain customer database
- Experience with AI software
- Works closely with Sales Managers
