Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Interoperability

The company is seeking a Director, Product Strategy - Interoperability to lead the development of market insights, formulate strategy, and plan for the DomaniRx portfolio.

The Director will be responsible for developing market insights, defining problem spaces, formulating strategy, and planning for the Interoperability and eHealth products within DomaniRx. This includes :

• Developing market insights and competitive product intel
• Defining problem spaces and formulating strategy
• Planning and developing lean business cases
• Conducting research and cost-benefit analysis
• Developing roadmaps and product planning

The Director will also be responsible for agile iterative development, including check-ins with agile teams, consulting on delivery and development, and testing. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for go-to-market planning, including sales support, marketing, and client demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of end-to-end product experience, 10+ years of healthcare experience, and 5+ years of PBM experience. The candidate should also have experience with HIT, interoperability, real-time prescriber benefits, and e-prescribing.

Salary ranges for the position vary by location, including $180,000 - $180,000 in Jersey City, NJ, and $180,000 - $180,000 in NY and Washington.
