You will be the first point of contact for members and guests on the fitness floor. You will embody fitness appreciation and work with members and guests to enhance enthusiasm for fitness and an environment where members feel comfortable and motivated.

About Grey Oaks Country Club

Considered one of the premier Country Clubs in Florida, Grey Oaks opened in 1993 and encompasses the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities, along with 54 holes of championship golf. The Club’s facilities include a 63,000-square-foot east clubhouse, 12,000-square-foot golf pro shop, golf performance center, 30,000-square-foot wellness center, sports center, and the pool café, a 22,000-square-foot complex with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking an expansive resort-style pool with a wading entrance, waterfall, and lap lanes. About You

You are an experienced fitness professional with a passion for fitness programs and an eagerness to work with members on their fitness goals. Your enthusiasm shows to all who meet you. You are a passionate yet patient fitness professional who can easily communicate with those you meet - from youngsters to seniors. You understand and live by the concept of being a "team player," making sure that collaboration is essential to your success, as well as the success of those you work with. At the same time, you have enough experience and strength to ensure the right thing is being done.

Requirements :

Primary Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining, putting away and cleaning equipment.
• Always ensure a clean and safe facility.
• Organizing and stocking supplies, answering phone taking and delivering messages.
• Greeting members by name and interacting with members and guests as they enter and exit the facility.
• Explaining, promoting, and registering members for various programs, classes, and activities.
• Teaching members and guests’ basic equipment set up.
• Reporting complaints, ensuring members are signing in, maintaining equipment maintenance records, and enforcing rules and regulations of facility.
• Present yourself as a friendly and outgoing Fitness Attendant with an interest in fitness.
• Embody the Grey Oaks culture, mission, vision, and values in all interactions with colleagues, Members, and guests.
• Ensure that Members and guests are abiding by Club rules and values.
• Develop programs to encourage Member participation.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
