Associate Partner, BPO

Overview

As a BPO Associate Partner, you'll be instrumental in growing our BPO business, developing client solutions, managing contracts, and overseeing project delivery.

Your role and responsibilities

• Develop and drive the BPO business with core focus on : build up BPO pipeline
• Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO and build up client relationships
• Develop client solutions and IBM offer with the BPO solutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs
• Run contracting process with clients
• Oversee delivery of small to medium deals with support of the IBM BPO delivery team
• This job can be performed from anywhere in the US
