- 24-hour out of house call shifts, 8am - 8am, 1 - 2 weeks per month
- Average daily census of 3 patients
- Level II NICU facility
- High-risk delivery attendance required
- Consultations for high-risk antepartum cases
- Care for infants down to 30 weeks gestation
- No well-baby rounding required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
