Ready to ditch the stuffy wine cellar and bring your sommelier game to a scene that’s equal parts elegance and electric? We’re scouting for a wine-savvy sales assassin with a deep knowledge of grapes—and a talent for turning bottle service into an unforgettable experience.

This isn’t your average sommelier gig. Think high-energy Mediterranean nights, waterfront views, late-night vibes, and a clientele that expects nothing less than luxury with a twist. You’ll split your time between two of Miami’s most dynamic hotspots, working with a wine-forward program that’s ripe for your creative touch.

What You'll Do :

  • Own the floor : Drive wine and bottle sales with style, confidence, and personality.
  • Curate with freedom : Shape the wine list and bar program in collaboration with leadership. Your palate matters here.
  • Educate & Elevate : Help guests and staff level up their wine game—from first pour to final cheers.
  • Lead with hustle : Crush quarterly sales targets and reap the bonus rewards.

Who You Are :

  • Certified Sommelier with the credentials and confidence to back it up.
  • A natural closer—you're more than a wine lover, you're a wine seller.
  • Comfortable in both upscale dining and high-energy nightlife settings.
  • Hungry for creative input and ready to bring bold ideas to the table.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Background in hospitality or nightlife
  • A presence that lights up the room (and sells bottles while you're at it)
  • Deep knowledge beyond wine—cocktails, spirits, the works
