Are you a visionary designer looking to make a significant impact in the kitchenware industry? ProCook is searching for a passionate Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. You'll lead innovative design projects, shaping the visual identity of our products and enhancing the customer experience through engaging design solutions.

Your Role : Were looking for a dynamic and drivenSenior Designer to help design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Youll bring bold ideas to life - from initial concept through to final production - working collaboratively with a talented team of designers, photographers, copywriters and marketers to produce best-in-class creative solutions that reflect our brand values and resonate with our customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand values and market trends.

Create visually compelling product designs, packaging, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and integrate customer feedback.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.

Stay updated with current design trends and technologies, applying innovative approaches to our projects.

Prepare presentations and mood boards to communicate design concepts and strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience) Additional certifications or training in digital media, motion design, or photography direction is a plus

A strong, relevant portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking, art direction, and high-end design across both digital and print Proven experience as a designer (minimum of 5 to 8 years), preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including product and graphic design.

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus) .

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts effectively.

Experience managing small teams - 3-4 people.

Desirable Qualities

A passion for kitchenware and an understanding of market trends in the culinary sector.

A proactive attitude, with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to team discussions.

Creativity coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
