job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWrite personalized notes in clean, legible cursive to include in customer orders Assist with general labor tasks including picking, packing, and order preparation during downtime Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality-this is critical for success in this small team Participate in training on the 1st shift before transitioning to flexible scheduling during peak periods Must be able to write clearly in cursive Must complete a handwritten sample on-site during the interview process Must be flexible to switch between 1st and 2nd shift based on business needs Must be comfortable with light warehouse tasks (picking / packing) when writing is not required Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude are essential
Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Writing Specialist to join a small, close-knit team supporting a cosmetics fulfillment operation. This role is perfect for someone with neat, legible cursive handwriting and a passion for personal touches that make an impact.
You'll be responsible for writing handwritten notes that are included in consumer orders. During slower periods, you'll support general warehouse operations such as picking and packing makeup products.
Pay : $20.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday
- 1st Shift : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
- 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
- Must be flexible to work both shifts as needed
- Training : First few weeks on 1st shift (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM)
