job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience required College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred Troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment Knowledge of MS Office ITAR compliance required - candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Monday – Friday 7am-3 : 30pm
$29 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Preventative maintenance and repairs of machines / equipment
- Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance, such as fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, washer soap
- Assist in equipment performance testing
- Perform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions
- Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment and facilities.
- Record and document all completed maintenance / repairs
- Maintain shop manuals and blueprints and update information as required
- Report equipment, facility repair and maintenance needs to supervisor
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts
