Job Description

Lead on-site management of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Resolve on-site challenges effectively to keep projects on track. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent : Local Projects should have :

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, especially local projects in the Chicago area.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
