A server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and Welcome Guests : Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take Orders : Accurately take food and beverage orders, using the ordering system or writing them down, while noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve Food and Beverages : Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
• Monitor Guest Experience : Regularly check on guests during their meal to address any needs or concerns, ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
• Handle Payments : Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep serving stations and dining areas clean and organized, assisting with light cleaning and food preparation as needed.
• Follow Safety Regulations : Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
