What You Will Be Doing

As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to learn, share ideas, and resolve customer issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and engage with customers in a friendly, personable way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech easy to understand.
• Foster a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
