Key Responsibilities
Develop and market Hosted Group Tours, including itinerary research and logistical coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and manage tour operations documentation
Oversee financial aspects of tours, including costing, budget reconciliation, and payment management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of customer / membership support experience
Background in group travel planning and program development preferred
Experience with an affluent customer base is ideal
Proactive attitude with strong time management and organizational skills
Computer and technology savvy
