Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Amarillo, Texas. This role is ideal for RNs who are confident in managing diverse patient populations in a busy acute care setting.

Assignment Details

Location : Amarillo, TX

Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts, days (7a7 : 30p)

Hours : 36 per week

Requirements

Active Texas RN license (or Compact RN license)

Current BLS (AHA); ACLS

Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience

Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult Med Surg patients

Administer medications and monitor patient status

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery

Document assessments and care in compliance with hospital standards
