Under general supervision accurately positions patients and delivers the prescribed radiation dose to correspond with the designated treatment volume. Maintains efficient patient flow and assists with patient care by assessing potential side effects or psychosocial needs and collaboration with other departments and physicians. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program. A current ARRT certification, or registry eligible, is required. CPR certification required. A minimum of one to two years’ experience working in radiation therapy preferred. Great interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills a priority. Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility a must. Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills required.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
