• PER DIEM Physical Therapist – OUTPATIENT Albany Memorial practice NO WEEKENDS
• If you are looking for a Per Diem position in outpatient Physical Therapy, this position located at our Albany Memorial campus could be your opportunity.
• Per diem needs are during M-F within business hours-as needed-partial days as well as full-days are welcome.

Integrate elements of patient / client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions in a manner designed to maximize patient’s functional outcomes.

Document treatments and patient progress according to professional, department policies and procedures.

Functions as a part of the multidisciplinary team working with patients with a primary diagnosis of CVA, SCI, LE Amputation, Orthopedics, and Cardiopulmonary conditions.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
