If you're looking to spend your days outdoors while building valuable skills, the Temporary Seasonal Laborer role with the West Allis Department of Public Works might be your perfect fit. We're looking for reliable team members who can commit to a weekday schedule (7 AM3 PM) through October, with the possibility of staying on into early November.

Here's a quick breakdown of what you can expect :

Seasonal Full-Time Work : Runs through October, with potential to extend into early November, ideal for those who love working outside. Hourly Pay : The range starts at $14 / hour and up based on experience, PLUS a 5% pay bump for West Allis residents Skill Development : Hands-on experience in :

• Grounds Maintenance : Cutting grass, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, and edging walkways
• Landscape Preparation : Tilling soil, mulching paths, and landscape beds
• General Labor : Assisting with miscellaneous duties that support public works operations

During inclement weather, you may also have the opportunity to work with other Divisions, expanding your exposure to different areas of municipal services and operations.
