Data Management Product Analyst (Rahway)

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Product Analyst or Sr. Technical BA with Data Management experience working on a Data Lake under the Scientific Data Product Line team. They will be working on enabling data engineers and data scientists to onboard and transform research data onto a data platform purposed for analytics.

• Gathering insights from customers, customer success team, and support team regarding the user experience and user journey necessary for product evolution.
• Translating technical product evolution into customer facing user manuals and marketing materials.
• Bridging delivery squads (developers, testing, and support) to ensure new features delivered to customers meet quality standards in accordance with the company's software development lifecycle methodology.
• Design internal processes and best practices for gathering demand from customers and customer intake experience.
• Identifying processes and features that are eligible candidates for innovation or improvements.
• The ideal candidate should have strong motivation and willingness to learn new concepts and processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to advocate and demonstrate new ideas. Analytical thinker and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed team.
