A day in the life As a Retail Marketing Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of Amazon & retail PPC advertising campaigns within your book of business. You will align your efforts with client business goals, own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. You will provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients and understand the service’s strategy and levers to drive performance.
Responsibilities Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retail business performance
Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to grow channel knowledge
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals
Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients
Contribute to the development of new department training materials
Utilize AI and delegation resources to assist in workflow where possible
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Qualifications 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / Retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar
Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following :
Amazon Ad Console
Walmart Connect
Instacart Ads
Criteo Retail
CitrusAd
Proficiency in Google / Microsoft Office Suite(s)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
