Inventory Control Supervisor

📢 We’re Hiring : Inventory Control Supervisor (Onsite)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? We’re looking for a hands-on Inventory Control Supervisor to take ownership of our inventory control structure and lead a talented team to success.

In this onsite, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM), you’ll be responsible for :

✅ Driving accuracy through cycle counts and process controls across all inventory locations

✅ Defining and managing material flows between warehouses and manufacturing

✅ Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory processes and reporting

✅ Partnering with operations and management to resolve inventory risks and improve accuracy

✅ Supporting internal and external audits, SOP development, and special projects

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of experience (3+ years in warehouse / distribution)

🔹 Strong background in Excel & SAP (or similar ERP systems)

🔹 Proven experience managing large teams and developing processes / methodologies

🔹 Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice-to-Have : ✨ SAP DWM experience

✨ Accounting knowledge
