A well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for either :

• ️ A proven leader with plant management experience
• ️ Or a rising star ready to step up into their first Plant Manager role with development and mentorship support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead plant operations : production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, budget

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA / FDA, SQF / FSMA

Drive capital projects, cost savings, and process improvements

Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning

Build and coach teams for performance and engagement

What We’re Looking For

Food manufacturing leadership (dairy / cheese preferred; smoked meats a plus)

Strong knowledge of food safety & regulatory compliance

Hands-on, floor-present leader with proven team development skills

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$115,000 DOE
