As Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll lead a specialized team providing advanced care for patients requiring intermediate and telemetry monitoring. Our unit specializes in cardiac care, stroke management, and complex medical conditions requiring intensive monitoring.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 25-bed Progressive Care / Telemetry Unit
• Lead and mentor nursing staff while maintaining excellence in patient care standards
• Coordinate complex patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Manage advanced cardiac monitoring and specialized medical interventions
• Supervise administration of critical care medications and drips
• Facilitate efficient patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development
