Responsibilities

  • Design Creation : Develop eye-catching, on brand graphics, including large scale banners, signage, booth displays, promotional materials, social media assets, and more
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and creative team to understand event goals and translate them into design assets ready for print production
  • Ensure that all event materials adhere to the established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look / feel
  • Prepare and package final design files for print or digital distribution ensuring accuracy and quality control
  • Comfortable working in Blender and experience with 3D rendering
  • Collaboration with wider creative team to incorporate photography, copy, and design elements into event design
  • Ability to work at various scales and understanding of event layouts
  • Participate in regular Creative meetings with other stakeholders.
  • Lead in setting up and proofing production files for print

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Strong print production skills for large scale events
  • Experience working with large format printing and file prep
  • Proficiency in Blender
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of event-related design projects
  • Detail-oriented and can self-manage the moving parts of an evolving creative pipeline.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and inspire others to do the same.
  • Finds solutions to creative challenges.
  • Collaborative and active team player
  • Familiarity and passion for Disney a plus!
  • Experience

    3+ years experience working in event and graphic design
