Innovate solutions to improve production workflow. Mentor and support team members. Fill out end-of-shift reports with accuracy. Identify product defects and make necessary corrections. Uphold safe workplace practices. Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Starting Pay Rates :
- C-Shift : $20.76 / hr (Weekly Payment Cycle)
- A-Shift : $21.26 / hr (Weekly Payment Cycle)
C-Shift : 3 : 30-11 : 30pm (Days Off : Sunday & Monday)
A-Shift : 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am (Days Off : Saturday & Sunday)
Note : Friday & Saturday Off During Training
Role Overview :
In this role, you'll operate thermoforming and extrusion machinery, tackling production obstacles head-on. Do you enjoy identifying and resolving mechanical issues? Your keen problem-solving abilities will be put to tremendous use as you ensure optimal machine performance with minimal waste and high-quality results.
