Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and own customer issues from start to finish
Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts and ensure timely responses
Assist with reservations, enrollments, and daily operational tasks for hotels
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel and Word
Ability to learn and work with department operating systems
Sound judgment and ability to make decisions quickly
