Overview As a Front Desk & Member Experience Associate, you’re the first face guests see and the energy they remember.

What You’ll Do Welcome every guest with warmth, presence, and professionalism Manage bookings, memberships, and retail transactions.
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries via phone, email, and texts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment — resetting the studio between sessions and handling opening / closing duties with care.
Support session transitions, helping guests move smoothly, and ensuring all safety and hygiene protocols are upheld.
Build genuine relationships with members by learning names, remembering details, and showing up consistently with empathy and enthusiasm.
Confidently guide guests through membership and retail options, helping them find what best supports their wellness journey.
Notice and respond to studio needs proactively, staying one step ahead to keep things flowing behind the scenes.
Collaborate with your team to ensure every guest feels supported — jumping in wherever needed with a can-do, community-first mindset.

Passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and helping others feel their best. Schedule Expectations & Seeking Must be available to work at least 2 core scheduled shifts per week on a consistent basis. Flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed to support studio operations and team coverage. Availability for weekend, morning, midday, and evening shifts is required — our busiest times are when our community gathers most. Core schedule shifts are assigned quarterly, with opportunities to adjust based on performance and studio needs. Reliability and punctuality are essential — the team and community depend on you showing up ready to lead the vibe. Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the studio for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Comfortable lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 lbs (such as laundry, equipment, or supply boxes). Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and reaching overhead as part of regular cleaning and studio reset duties. Able to work in environments with varying temperatures — including high heat (sauna) and cold, wet areas (plunge). Comfortable performing active cleaning and maintenance tasks, with occasional fast-paced transitions during peak hours.
