About The Position

Position Overview

Join a leading Level I Trauma Center and partner facilities as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) , providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of cases. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity with full-time guaranteed hours , no call , and full travel covered (flight, hotel, rental car).

You’ll work within a medical direction model alongside a skilled anesthesia care team and surgical staff. Scrubs are provided on-site.

Case Mix

CRNAs must be comfortable with :

General, Spine, Orthopedics, Urology, Robotics, Plastics

Endoscopy, EP / Cath Lab, Navigational Bronchoscopy, Craniotomies

Simple Vascular

No Hearts, Lungs, Trauma Now, Obstetrics, or Pediatrics

No lines or blocks required

Position Details

Schedule : 10–12 hour shifts, 4+ days per week (no overtime pay; all hours at regular rate)

Hours : 30–40 hours weekly

Model : Medical Direction

EMR : Epic

Operating Rooms : 16

Scrubs : Provided

Travel : Full reimbursement (flight, hotel, rental car)

Credentialing : ~4 months

Reason for Coverage : Staffing shortage due to OR expansion and expected growth

Requirements

NBCRNA Certification – Required

Minnesota License – Highly Preferred

BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required

3+ Years Recent Hospital Experience – Required

Full-Time Availability (30–40 hours / week) – Required

Must live at least 60 miles outside Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro area – Required
