Registered Nurse Triage

A company is looking for a PRN Crisis Care Triage (RN).

Key Responsibilities

Triages incoming catastrophic injury referral calls and gathers vital case details

Identifies life-threatening emergencies and assigns appropriate Field Case Manager for onsite visits

Maintains communication with clients and updates on injured worker status and FCM arrival times

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; active unrestricted RN license required

Six years of related experience, including three years of clinical practice or Field Case Management in Worker's Compensation

Strong knowledge of nursing practice, triage ability, and field case management

Ability to apply critical thinking under pressure

Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processing
