Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Engineer, based in Kannapolis, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting regular maintenance and repairs, and assisting customers with their technical inquiries and requirements.
