Job Details – Washington ER RN Travel Assignment Location : Puyallup, WA 98372 (Washington nursing jobs) Facility : Level III Trauma Center, 375 licensed beds, 46-bed Emergency Department Assignment Type : Travel Nursing (ER RN travel jobs) Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : February 21, 2026 Duration : 14 weeks Shifts : 12-hour Mids / Nights (mid and night shifts available; schedule may vary) Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Estimated Weekly Pay : $1880-$2020 Patient Volume : Average 200 patients per day Traveler Friendly : Supportive, team-oriented culture with many travelers extending Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience (ER nurse jobs) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Washington RN license preferred) Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI / MOAB Competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and ED medication administration Traveler Telemetry Competency (must be completed and passed prior to start) First-time travel nurses welcome! ER RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages, including trauma, STEMI, stroke, mental health, and high-acuity medical cases Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV insertion, medication administration, procedural sedation, and blood administration Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team : ER techs, charge nurses, float nurses, respiratory therapists, educators, security, social work, and pharmacy Utilize Epic for charting and Alaris / Pyxis for medication management Participate in orientation and ongoing education to maintain clinical competency Maintain professional appearance (scrub color of choice, modest piercings / tattoos allowed) Adhere to holiday and weekend scheduling expectations Why Choose Puyallup for Your Next Healthcare Job?
