Production Manager (Food & Beverage)

Salary : Up to $115k + 10%  bonus

Location / Schedule : 1st shift role Mon-Fri (occasional weekends during busy season)

Requirements : 5+ years of production leadership within the food and beverage industry + GMP  + solid understanding of lean methodologies

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee 3 shift lead supervisors with 10-15 employees under each shift supervisor.
• Efficiently manage production, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherenc.e
• Enforce safety rules and ensure adherence to labor regulations
• Oversee inventory and scheduling
• Develop policies for efficiency and guide team members for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with QA
• Manage training and support employees
• Handle wastewater management

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Production Supervisory / Management experien&B indhin the F&B industry, in addition to :

Bonus points if you have experience in plants that manufacture any of the following : tortillas, chips, baked goods
