As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, responding to security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize technology such as computers or tablets and may interact with alarm panels as part of your daily duties. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
