Salary : $15-17 / hour

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience working with infants in a licensed infant center or nursery, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of babies ages 6 weeks to 12 months. This individual should be warm, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe and loving environment that supports early development and bonding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide attentive, responsive care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor development, and early communication.
• Establish consistent routines that support sleep, feeding, and play schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment in accordance with licensing standards and health regulations.
• Monitor and document developmental milestones and share updates with parents through daily communication.
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with families and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow all center policies, safety protocols, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years experience working with infants in a licensed child care center, nursery, or similar setting.

Associates in Early Childhood Education, CDA Infants, or a related field experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of infant development, safe sleep practices, and responsive caregiving techniques.

CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Reliable, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies in a structured setting.

Compensation :

Commensurate with experience.

Work Hours :

Monday Friday

8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm Closing

Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.
