Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to guide new customers through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate the onboarding process and serve as the primary contact for dealers

Coordinate pre-launch calls and manage the internal onboarding timeline

Document all communications and maintain knowledge of the product suite and industry trends

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing / advertising role

Project management experience is a plus

Experience with ad management software is highly preferred

Ability to work with multiple data sets in Excel or Google Sheets

Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects
