About the Role

Falcon Structures is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our growing Design and Engineering team. In this role, you’ll create precise customer approval drawings, bills of material, and production-ready drawings. Your work will transform concept plans, details, and specifications into accurate documents that guide both our customers and production teams.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver drafting tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Review drawings, details, and schedules to ensure quality and readiness for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with engineering to set up non-standard items in the parts / procurement system for review and approval.
• Provide clear and timely updates on drafting activities to management.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve drafting processes and workflows.
• Support production by answering technical questions during production hours (7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m.).
