• Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs\n
• Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans\n
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care\n
• Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being\n
• Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWhat Were Looking For : \n
• Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state\n
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred\n
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire\n
