We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Neonatology to join a thriving practice at a state-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed Level-III NICU. This medical group is part of a health system that manages 7,000 deliveries annually and provides comprehensive care in a collaborative environment. The team values a developmentally sensitive and family-centered approach to patient care and supports continuous professional growth and learning.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide attending coverage at the Level-III NICU.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 Nurse Practitioners.
• Cover high-risk delivery services and provide in-house call and 24-hour coverage.
• Ensure well-baby care and back-up from home as needed.
• Participate in a robust quality improvement program and opportunities for clinical research.
• Engage in life-long learning and mentoring.
• Work under a culture that promotes family-centered care.
