American Golf Cars located in Irving, TX is looking for a Service Manager to be responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations within the customer service department. The Service Manager duties will include creating customer service policies to help employees effectively communicate with customers over the phone, hiring and training Customer Service Representatives about company products or services and speaking with customers who have complex questions.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Providing customers with product information and availability, estimated time of arrival of goods and product recommendations
- Delivering prompt, professional solutions for customer inquires
- Working to meet immediate goals of customer interaction
- Hiring, training and managing customer service staff in best consumer service practices
- Representing the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company so the company has feedback from its customers
- Suggesting improvements to customer service to higher management and staff
- Implementing improvements to customer service
Qualifications :
Mechanical skills, diagnosing issuesRead electrical schematicsCustomer service skillsFamiliarity with customer service standards and processesAbility to handle stress to operate under deadlinesSupervisory skillsIdeal Candidate :
3-5 years minimum experience as Service Manager of luxury / premium car dealership (BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, etc.)2-3 years minimum experience as sales or service manager overseeing commercial customer accounts.Must have experience using cloud based OEM diagnostic software needed for troubleshooting vehicles and updating software patches.Ability to develop KPIs and department profitability metrics / industry standards to management.Develop training materials and manage Technical Service Bulletin Board to provide resource materials to internal staff.M-F : 8am-5pm
Pay : Based on experience.
